Mix 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1.5 cups almond milk, 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, and a tablespoon of honey (recipe serves 2) – shake it all up in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight.
The chia seeds will soak up the liquid and transform into a gel like consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with fruit and granola 🍓🍌🥥

Chia seeds are one of my favorite super foods. Other ways to use them: you can add chia seeds into your smoothie, sprinkle them on top of your toast tuesday, or use them as a topping on your yogurt or smoothie bowl.
